Take control of hair loss using Kirkland Minoxidil Foam, an unscented, topical foam treatment which has been specially formulated for use by men of all ages who may be experiencing thinning hair.
Kirkland Signature Minoxidil 5% Hair Regrowth Treatment. Minoxidil 5% Extra Strength Hair Regrowth Treatment is for men who have a general thinning of hair of the scalp. We all know it takes time to regrow hair. However, with this Minoxidil for Men, results may occur at 2 months with twice daily usage. For some men, it may take at least 4 months for results to be seen. Continued use is necessary or hair loss will begin again.
If you do not see hair regrowth in 4 months, stop use. In studies with 5% Minoxidil Extra Strength Topical Solution for Men, hair regrowth has not been shown to last longer than 48 weeks of continuous treatment in large clinical studies. The amount of hair regrowth is different for each person.

Male hair loss FAQ’s
What is hair loss?
At any given time, approximately 90% of hair on a person’s scalp will be growing. The life cycle of hair growth consists of three stages: anagen, which refers to active hair growth, lasting between two to six years, whilst catagen refers to transitional hair growth, lasting two to three weeks. Lastly, telogen represents a resting phase which lasts between two to three months, with hair being shed and replaced by new hair at the end of this phase.
However, as people age, the rate of hair growth tends to slow down. This is because more hair follicles go into the resting phase, telogen, which causes the remaining hairs to become fewer in number.
What causes hair loss?
Whilst doctors remain unclear as to why certain follicles have shorter growth periods, factors which can influence hair loss include hormone levels, genetics, illness, injuries, stress and drug use.
What are the signs of hair loss?
For men, signs of hair loss can include a thinning of the hair on the scalp, a receding hairline and a pattern in the shape of a horseshoe, which causes the crown of the head to be exposed.
Should I consult my doctor?
If you experience sudden or unexplained loss of patches of hair, or have patches of broken hairs or incomplete hair loss, then you should seek the advice of your doctor.
